Hilary Greene, LMFT

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and respected. I work collaboratively with each person as they explore their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. While I have experience working with people of all ages, I now primarily work with adults. My areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and building strategies for emotional regulation. I especially enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood. I’m passionate about helping clients recognize and shift long-standing patterns that may be holding them back, so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I received my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Cloud State University and have been practicing since 2015. I work from a trauma-informed and systemic therapy lens, and am trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sandtray, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Family Systems.
